Wet Sulfuric Acid
KVT offers a wet process technology for the recovery, regeneration and production of sulfuric acid from various types of off-gases, spent acid or sulfur burning. The process is based on wet-catalytic oxidation, or the combination of thermal and catalytic oxidation, of sulfur bearing compounds and the formation of sulfuric acid. A smart tail-gas treatment system allows to reach exceptional low SO2 emissions at stack.
