A key feature of the OXYSULF system is the tail gas reactor (TGR) developed by
KVT, which significantly improves sulfur recovery efficiency and minimizes residual emissions.Final polishing stage for maximum sulfur recovery, achieving up to 99.98% sulfur conversion efficiency and SO2 emissions below 50 mg/Nm3.
The TGR can also be implemented as a standalone engineering solution, providing
a flexible option for plant retrofits, upgrades, or integration into existing sulfur recovery
systems.
